Great service from the employees, beds are actually comfortable, its close to everything at walking distance, secure car parks, nice lil gym then cooling swim afterwards, nice rooms and bathrooms, TVs are great. For the low price that we got the rooms for, it really beat my expectations. Great overall experience Stayed March 2024

I will be staying at the Phoenician next time I come to the Gold Coast. Why? Because everything, from arriving after hours, to the security that checked me in, to the adorable lady at reception, the location, the amenities, the cleanliness, the room and check out exceeded my expectations.
