Groove to the Rhythm of Jazz at the Annual Broadbeach Jazz Festival 2013

August is here and Broadbeach has already started to gear itself up for the upcoming Broadbeach Jazz Festival 2013. Preparations are in full swing for the event that is scheduled to be held from 16th – 18th August (Friday- Sunday). Through out the year a large number of events are held all across the Gold Coast region in Australia with the Broadbeach Jazz Festival being one of the major events. This internationally acclaimed event organised by the award winning team Broadbeach Alliance successfully unites Jazz lovers from various parts of the globe.

Artists
This year’s annual Broadbeach Jazz Festival will witness many top Jazz artists and bands performing to keep the audience entertained. Some of the featured artists and bands include Kate Ceberano, Liam Burrows Band, Mal Wood & Friends, Garth Ploog Band, Peter Cupples Trio, Andrea Marr & The Funky Hitmen, Tamara O’Callaghan Duo, Emma Hamilton, Mark Watson, Geroge Washingmachine, Corcovado, Aaron West, Ashley Lewis Quartet, Darren Percival, Emma Pask, Grace Knight, James Morrison plus the Queensland Pops Big Band, Australian Army Band, Jazz Perspectives, Ashley Lewis Duo, Jake Barden Quartet ft. Louis Stapleton, Shannon Marshall Trio, Baby Et Lulu, The Genlemen’s Swing Club ft. Jeff Duff, Gold Coast Youth Orchestra Big Band among others.

The Broadbeach Jazz Festival 2013 will be held across several venues that would include Broadbeach Mall Stage, Jupiters Hotel & Casino, Surf Parade Stage, Grumpys Barefoot Bar & Grill, Room81 – Sofitel Gold Coast, Alto Cucina & Bar, Wave Corner, Niecon Plaza, TC’s – Sofitel Gold Coast, Roving and Mario’s Italian Restaurant.

People will not be required to purchase tickets as the event is completely free. It is only the Jazz with the Stars show to be held in Jupiters Hotel & Casino that is a ticketed event.
